What is this?
tweakstaR's KotH(King of the Hill) is a new Concept i've been working on trying to Implement.
I will host around 1-3 Cups each Month with Prizes.

Start Date: Friday November 7th, 2014
Start Time: 20:00
Check-in Time: 19:30

How many can participate in this cup?
The Core-Slots are 64 Players.

Check-IN:
Check-IN will be done on IRC 30 Minutes before the Cup. Failure to Attend the Check-in results in a Disqualification.

Prize:
For this being a Test Cup the Prizes will be limited.
The winner will be awarded from 10 Euro through Paypal.

Rules:
You will need an ESL Account with your Playing steamID.
You will need to record in-eye demo's of each of your Match.
The Maps will be pre-defined and Set for each Match.
The Decisions made by the Administrators are final and has to be Obey'd Failure to do so will result in a Permanent exclusion of further Tournaments Hosted.
