Dota 2 Cebu League Season 4
"Pre-League Battles"

When:
- Day 1 : Elims (Aug.31)
- Day 2 : Finals (Sept. 1)

Flow:
- Single Elimination Only
- Maximum of 16 teams
- Winner takes all.

How to Register?
1. Contact the existing group Admins, (Tiborsho, Jenriel and Jah) to register.
2. Provide/Trade the admins 5 Rare Items (Random) as a registration fee for your team.
3. 5 rares per team. Rare chest will not be accepted.
4. Registration will be on Tuesday, Aug. 27 until Friday Aug 30.
5. You can register anytime during that period as long as naay adming nga online
6. This is a first come first serve Registration Process.
7. Random Seeding of teams will be implemented during the Eliminations.
8. Eliminations will be BO1 and Finals will be BO3.
